ASI’s Human Resources Team Honored as "HR Department of the Year."

The Rosen Group recognized ASI’s human resources department with top honors for overall service excellence and impacting the success of the company. 

In 2008, HR also won for best employee wellness program. 

The awards were founded in 1998 by Scott Rosen, president of The Rosen Group. He believed HR professionals should receive recognition for what they do and the growth and change they produce within their organizations.

ASI’s Cabaret Evening a Number One Hit
Employees “topped the ASI charts” at ASI’s 1920s-themed cabaret evening, which included karaoke hosted by American Idol star, Justin Guarini. Several employee acts performed, including a performance by ASI President and Chief Executive Officer, Tim Andrews and the senior management team.

ASI’s Award-Winning Wellness Program encourages employees to take their physical, emotional and financial health to heart. Employees earn rewards for gym memberships, attending seminars, joining weight management programs and more.

ASI’s Holiday Party Employee of the Year Awards
In honor of a year’s hard work, ASI hosts an annual, all-company holiday celebration and employee awards presentation, led by ASI President and Chief Executive Officer Tim Andrews. ASI honors four talented employees for their passion for perfection, initiative and drive, including the highly-coveted Employee of the Year Award.  The Chairman of the Board Norman Cohn, also honors his long-standing tradition at ASI, announcing his annual predictions.

ASI Turkeys and Pies for the Holidays
For the Thanksgiving holiday, Tim Andrews, President and Chief Executive Officer of ASI and members of the senior management team enjoy handing out turkeys and pies to ASI employees.

ASI Employees Duck Campaign for United Way
When Howard the Duck- who chlorinated the ASI fountain each summer, went missing employees purchased and dressed up little rubber ducks in an effort to lure Howard back. The fun efforts not only brought Howard back, but also raised over $350 for the United Way.
